2015 Cadillac Spring Skills Clinics and Small Games

Skill sessions allow players the ability to maximize time on task while honing and developing their skills through these fun and dynamic activities.

Skill sessions will focus on proper bio mechanics with a progressive approach to build on for advanced movements.Small games sessions provide an opportunity for players to implement learned skills into practical application.

Small Games are great for enhancing and promoting skill development.

They require critical thinking and faster cognitive processing and allowing for creativity; using the necessary skills of the game in skating, shooting, passing and receiving passes, while playing in small tight restricted spaces.

The smaller space in small area games increases the number of chances each player gets to actually use their skills.
